1. Agreement
These Terms govern the internet, hotspot, voucher, subscription, billing, and related services supplied by J&K I.T Solution. By creating an account, purchasing, or using a service, you agree to the version presented at acceptance.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access.
3. Service availability
Speeds and availability may vary because of network conditions, maintenance, equipment, location, force majeure, and lawful restrictions. No uninterrupted service is guaranteed unless a written SLA states otherwise.
4. Billing and payment
Charges, billing periods, due dates, installation fees, and taxes appear in the applicable order, invoice, or plan. Overdue service may be suspended after notice, subject to applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, malware, spam, infringement, or network disruption.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, fraud, security risk, material breach, or legal requirement, with notice where reasonably practicable.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
8. Changes
Material changes will be published and, where required, presented for renewed acceptance.
